- 2 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1/2 tablespoon paprika, hot or sweet
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
This is the recipe I use for Greek sandwiches and lamb pitas.
