3 T Wasabi paste, or to taste
1/3 c cream cheese, at room temp
Pumpernickel
1 ripe avocado, sliced
½ lemon
16 oz smoked salmon
MIX the Wasabi and cream cheese in a bowl.
SPREAD the bread slices with a thin, even layer of mixture
SQUEEZE lemon over avocado to keep it from browning
COVER each bread slice with avocado and salmon
